ది సి అండ్ ది బెల్స్

    చిలీ దేశం లో పుట్టి సాహిత్యం లో 1971లో  నోబెల్ బహుమతి పొందిన పాబ్లో నెరూడా కవి రాసిన కవితా సంపుటి యే ‘’the sea and the bells ‘’.సృజనాత్మక కవి ‘’sound of stones being born ‘’అంటూ వింతగా చెబుతాడు .

                                                                                                                         ఆయన ఇల్లు 

          ఈశీర్షిక లో బెల్స్ అంటే కదిలే షిప్స్ .అవి కాలానికి సంకేతం . సాగర తరంగాలు తనను ధ్యాన ముద్ర లోకి తీసుకొని వెళ్తాయని భావిస్తాడు . అలానే ‘’merchandise ‘’అంటే బీదతనం –పావర్టికి చిహ్నం . ఈ కవి చని పోయే సమయం లో ఈ కవితలు ఆయన డెస్క్ మీద ఉన్నాయట .తర్వాత మరణానంతరం ప్రచురింప బడ్డాయి . భార్య మేటేల్డీ పైన కూడా కవిత రాశాడు . చాలా సహజం గా సాధారణం గా  గా అవసరానికి తగిన సామగ్రి తోకవిత రాసి రంజింప జేస్తాడు . ‘’he feels his life being regenerated daily by its intimate knowledge of the seas of renewal and articulated by the generosity of love . Facing imminent death ,he remarks in the past tense ‘’it was beautiful to live –when you lived ‘’అంటాడు .భార్య తో తన ప్రేమ ‘’cyclic process of seasons of the feminine principle of sunshine and rain and the day ‘’గా గొప్ప గా అభి వర్ణించాడు

 1973 సెప్టెంబర్ లో మరణించాడు .జననం 12-7-1904 సర్రియలిస్తిక్ కవిగా గొప్ప గుర్తింపు . ప్రపంచ భాషలలో ఇరవయ్యవ శతాబ్దపు గొప్ప కవిగా ప్రఖ్యాతి చెందాడు .బ్రెజిల్ లో కమ్యూనిస్ట్ నాయకుడు కార్లోస్ గౌరవార్ధం లక్ష మంది హాజ రైనా సభలో నెరూడా తన కవితలను విని పించి అందరిని ఆకర్షించాడు .నోబెల్ బహుమతి ని స్వీకరించి చిలి చేరినప్పుడు ప్రెసిడెంట్ అలెండీ సమక్షం లో డెబ్భై వేల మంది పాల్గొన్న సభలో తన కవితలు విని పించాడు  ఽఅయన మరణిస్తే అంత్యక్రియల రోజున జనం కర్ఫ్యూ ను ధిక్కరించి వేలాదిగా హాజరై గౌరవం గా అంత్య క్రియలు పూర్తీ చేశారు .
